NORTHERN QI (559-577)

Standing Buddha has a high spiral-form usnisa and eyes and eyebrows are elegant, the figure has slight smile and hands are in the abhaya-mudra and varada-mudra, the Buddha wears a round-necked  kasaya  covering both shoulders which is painted with square form lozenges .beneath this is a long skirt, and figure stands bare-footed on a lotus pedestal ,gold has applied to the Buddha’s face and the usnisa and edges of the color and robe are azurite blue ,the kasaya is cinnabar colored.
